Welcome to Humans on PR (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, Discord server, pilot program, and human review services.

By joining the waitlist, entering the pilot, or submitting Pull Requests (“PRs”), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Humans on PR provides:

  • human code reviews for AI-generated code,
  • simple “Yes/No + notes” feedback,
  • experimental pilot programs,
  • access to our Discord community,
  • educational content.

We are an early-stage project, and the service may change at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee:

  • correctness of our reviews,
  • completeness of our assessments,
  • availability or uptime of our service,
  • that our feedback will not introduce errors into your project.

Our reviews are advisory only. You remain fully responsible for your code and your decisions.

2. Eligibility

To use the service you must:

  • be at least 18 years old,
  • have authority to submit code from the repository you share,
  • not violate any employment, contractual, or NDA obligations.

You confirm that the code you submit:

  • belongs to you or
  • you have rights to share it for review.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • to submit only PRs and code you are legally allowed to share,
  • not to submit confidential or proprietary data without permission,
  • not to upload malicious code or harmful files,
  • to treat reviewers and community members respectfully.

You agree that:

  • any decisions you take based on our feedback are your responsibility,
  • you are responsible for verifying all changes before merging.

4. Code Review Limitations

Our human reviewers provide feedback based on the information you submit.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Reviews may not identify all issues.
  • We do not test or execute your code.
  • We do not perform security audits.
  • We do not guarantee bug-free or safe code.
  • Our feedback may be incomplete, simplified, or erroneous.
  • You must independently validate all suggestions.

Using our feedback does not transfer responsibility from you to us.

5. Pilot Program

If you join a pilot program:

  • Participation is optional and may be revoked at any time.
  • You may be removed for violating rules, abusing the service, or spamming.
  • Pilot features may change without notice.
  • Free reviews are not guaranteed in volume or speed.

6. Community and Discord Rules

By joining our Discord server, you agree to:

  • follow posted rules,
  • avoid harassment, hate speech, spam, and disruptive behavior,
  • share code only in appropriate channels,
  • respect moderators and reviewers.

We may remove you from the server or service at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the code you submit.

By submitting PRs or content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

  • access,
  • view,
  • comment on,
  • and review the material solely for the purpose of providing you our service.

We do not:

  • claim ownership of your code,
  • reuse your code,
  • publish your code,
  • train AI systems on your code.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • what data we collect,
  • how we process it,
  • how we protect it.

You can request data deletion at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim:

  • fitness for a particular purpose,
  • accuracy,
  • reliability,
  • completeness,
  • uninterrupted access.

This is an experimental service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

  • errors in our feedback,
  • issues arising from merging code we reviewed,
  • any bugs, downtime, or service interruptions,
  • any loss of data, profits, or revenue,
  • damages caused by your use or inability to use the service.

Your use of our reviews and suggestions is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

  • for violating these Terms,
  • for misuse of the service,
  • for harmful or abusive behavior,
  • for security concerns,
  • or at our discretion.

You may leave the service at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we will notify users via email or Discord.

Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
