By joining the waitlist, participating in the pilot, or submitting your AI-generated code for review, you agree to this Policy.

We do not require your full legal name or sensitive data.

We do not collect cookies for advertising. We do not sell or share analytics data.

1.3. Code & Repository Information

When you submit PRs during the pilot:

• We only access files you explicitly share
• We do not clone, download, or analyze your repository beyond what’s required for the review
• We do not store your code outside of Discord or your submission form
• We do not use your code to train AI models

Your code remains your property.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• provide human code reviews
• run the pilot program
• notify you about updates or issues
• improve the service based on your feedback
• maintain community safety in Discord

We do not use your data for marketing outside our own product.

3. How We Protect Your Information

We use:

• encrypted storage (if used)
• limited access for team members
• no third-party data sharing
• no AI training on user submissions

Only authorized reviewers can access PRs you share.

4. Data Retention

We keep:

• waitlist emails — until you request deletion
• PR submissions — up to 30 days after each review
• pilot feedback — indefinitely (anonymized when possible)

You can request deletion at any time.
